About the Artist
Wade Dunn has been painting and surfing the seas for most of his life. His work includes signs, murals and fine art that can be seen throughout the coast of NC in businesses or homes.
Raised on a 200 acre coastal farm in Pamlico County, salt water runs through this artist veins, and the water calls him to come sail or surf among the ocean waves.
He decided he wanted to be an artist when he turned 15 and discovered his calling when he met a man that had been in the Korean war. The man had gotten killed in the war, he was pronounced dead, but right before he went to the angels, he came back to life. He had become a Christian, and led Wade to the Lord, then taught him how to paint signs and that was the beginning of his life as an artist.
Recently Wade has been feeling called to serve the Lord with his artistic gifts, and has begun paint the prophetic "signs" God is giving Him during worship services.
